The Title of the article is Six Fun Saving and Budgeting activities for high school students. The most difficult challenges in teaching high school students is to choosing how to balance teaching practical life skills and academic knowledge. Even the highest performing students can struggle with basic financial literacy tasks like budgeting and saving.
but they have the 6 fun saving and budgeting activities to teach financial literacy in your high school classroom: First thing is create a buying plan to have an list the 10 items that he/she like to buy. Second is Walk in someone else’s shoes for a week ask the student how they are estimate their budget and what average their spends in one week, At the end of the week students should be compare there for expenses with their prediction.
Third is Get them invested in making their money grow, teach students to predict and calculate returns on savings using a calculator. fourth is Help them understand how needs and wants have changed. Fifth is Show then that saving should be a priority it is important because this is the practice paying themselves first. And lastly Build the power of positive belief because this inspiration goes along way to read articles about saving and budgeting.
The article is related to my topic because this is the way that I can manage my money to eat a lot of food and that is why I don’t waste my money a lot to buy my wants.
The article is related issues recently is increasing of the product because of the inflation rate of the food in the philippines so that I must to be able to budget and saving a lot of money toy buy a food.
This article is related to my experiences because I manage myself to buy my wants and unexpectedly last december theres a problem I get sick and vomit so my mother decided to go in the hospital. So that I realize that don’t eat too much so you must budget at save it.
This article I will recommend it to my parents and friends because I want to help them to know budget is the way to save a money a lot. so if there’s an unexpectedly problem you will money will get.
